MIN+ is our brand & our approach. Each project is distilled to an essential concept, (the MIN), before an additive design process is undertaken, (The plus).
Meg Holmes, Architect
ARTISTIC INNOVATION & INTENTIONAL DESIGN
MIN+ is a creative architecture collaborative with studios in St. Louis, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Led by principal Meg Holmes, our diverse array of projects include retail, mixed-use, residential, and urban interventions of both modern and historic origin.
Regardless of scale, complexity or typology, we specialize in “good design” and approach all projects with intention. In close collaboration with our clients, we seek to determine the core essence of a project—then bring our passion for space, technology, light, and materials to devise a custom solution that celebrates it. Equally important to us is the larger site context and a project’s relationship to place, ability to reflect the community, and thus contribute to the shared public space.
Throughout every design process, MIN+ is a champion of local consultants, suppliers, fabricators, and materials. Our strong partnerships elevate our projects and support our local communities.

meg holmes
Throughout her 15+ years practicing architecture, Meg continually saw a need for more female-led dialogues and more innovative contemporary design proposals for our urban environments. In response, she established MIN+ Architecture.
Meg believes innovative solutions can emerge from challenging long-held assumptions and she approaches architectural design with this unbiased, problem-solving mindset. As the leader of MIN+ Architecture, Meg aims to craft a uniquely modern aesthetic for each project, resulting from a collaborative soul-finding exercise. MIN+ strives to be an incubator of new ideas and a place to re-define modern design and the world we live in.
