MIN+ was part of a select number of teams asked to propose a new vision for a Fortune 500 company’s existing urban campus. The design prompt was both ambitious in its goals and intentionally broad in its scope, offering the design team wide latitude to help the company re-imagine its future. The central requirement was to transform the architecturally dated and programmatically inefficient consumer-facing facility, into a leading global destination, offering unique immersive experiences. The design intervention needed to be thoughtfully situated in the context of the larger historic campus. MIN+ was brought onboard by ImprovEyes Studio, as part of a small team of architects, experiential designers and marketing experts, to propose a distinctly new face for the company – clear, bold, and innovative. Our team coined the term “DREAM BIG”.

“DREAM BIG” BOOKLET
In a matter of 4 weeks, our team researched & identified the program needs, outlined a new campus site plan, conceptualized a ground-up building, and illustrated the design proposal in a graphic presentation. This formal booklet opens with the history of the company, outlining their current position, and narrating a process for how to “Dream Big” when defining their next chapter.
