Visualization is key to our discovery process. 3D studies allow us to test proportions and relationships and to review progress both in-house and with our client teams.
However, while renderings can give an appearance of a “complete” design, in reality, they represent just one stage of our collaborative design process. They’re a snapshot in time of a constant evolution and refinement.
Rather than hand-off a design for construction, we work hand-in-hand with the construction and client team to review and sometimes re-think previous assumptions. This evolution leads to a thoughtful, functional and responsive end product.
What changes from rendering to reality is a sign of a successful, adaptive design process.
Our design for the Swade cannabis dispensary in the Grove evolved organically from rendering to final space.
