How can a drawing narrate the experience of an inhabitable space? Rendering is an integral part of our process from the beginning stages of a design through the final presentations of our work. Realism–scale figures, shadows, landscape– and abstraction–color fills, line work, transparency–work together to bring our design ideas to life. Rendering is not reality but a lens through which we communicate ideas.

At MIN+ Architecture, we build 3D models of our projects which we artistically render with a wide range of realism and detail depending on the project budget and needs. Conceptual, experiential collages can quickly communicate the scale and use of a space, while intricately detailed modeling can realistically show the coordination of all structural and MEP system integration into a design.
